Operating Instructions for Pneumatic Tools

Pneumatic tools must be repaired by professionally trained personnel. When using, inspecting, and protecting pneumatic tools, all rules of use must be followed. Do not use dangerous, worn or poor quality compressed air pipes and connectors or fittings. Do not tear off the label on the pneumatic tool and replace any damaged label. Maintain a balanced and stable posture. When using pneumatic tools, do not get too close, under the action of air pressure; when pneumatic tools are not in use, clean and lubricate them, and then store in a clean and dry place. Every day, two or three hours before using the pneumatic tool, drip about 1.5CC of lubricating oil into the air inlet of the pneumatic tool.
Always keep clean, dry and compressed air up to 90PSI. Dust, corrosive gas, and moisture can damage the motors of pneumatic and pneumatic tools. Check that air line fittings and water flow out from the filter, and that the air system is clean and dry. Check the clutch lubricant regularly. For safety and to achieve the best performance and life of pneumatic tools, when using pneumatic tools, the maximum air pressure should not exceed 90PSI [6.3KG/CM], and use 3/8" inner diameter air pipe connection. Hand, loose clothes and long hair Do not approach the rotating parts of pneumatic tools during use.
When installing, removing, adjusting any pneumatic tool accessories or maintaining pneumatic tools, unplug the pneumatic tools from the compressed air pipe and turn off the air. Do not lubricate pneumatic tools such as kerosene or diesel with flammable or volatile liquids. When using or maintaining pneumatic tools, wear safety goggles or face shields and ear muffs. Make sure that all compressed air pipes, connector joints, etc. are the correct size and tightly connected. Sudden changes in operation when starting and using pneumatic tools should be expected and alert. Use qualified accessories recommended by the manufacturer. The accessories installed on the pneumatic tool may continue to rotate briefly after the pneumatic tool trigger is released.
When using pneumatic tools, there will be vibration. Vibration, repeated rotation, or uncomfortable position may hurt your hands and arms. If you feel uncomfortable, tingling, tinnitus or pain, stop using pneumatic tools. The next time you want to continue using the pneumatic tool, follow the doctor's instructions. Pneumatic tools must be used for the correct and appropriate purpose. Do not use light pneumatic tools for heavy work. Use only pneumatic impact sleeves and accessories, not manual sleeves and accessories. Make sure that the sleeve is properly secured to prevent injury.
